I incorporated almost a year ago, subchapter s for website I am working on. I had paid for incorporation, business license, zoning for home business, and secretary of state. Now the website is still underdevelopment and I have not made any money yet.
So, what is the rundown of what I need to renew/pay/file/tax for my second year?
no employees other than me and 2 partners. have hired contractors for small jobs. was planning on making money quicker, but changed our business model a couple months back.
