I'm a Canadian citizen and resident (Ontario) doing some contract work for a U.S. based company. How do I go about filing these taxes in Canada based on the income I generate on this contract? Do I need to set up my own business (either as incorporation or self proprietorship) or can I just claim it as an individual on my regular tax return as "other income"?
Thanks for the help.
