Do Incorporation at USA qualify foreigners for Residence Permit?

Hi , i am a foreigner who is going to incorporate a non for profit organization at Delaware

Currently i use B1/B2 ( Tourist ) visa to enter USA , i will operate the incorporation my self not through resident agent and sure i will need long stays at USA

my question is if i already founded this business will i be able to apply for any for of longer stays at USA .
