I'm on the verge of starting a business based on an invention that I have spent years and a great deal of money (for me) developing. I want to bring on a partner to handle the business end of things. What sort of arrangement should I enter into, and how/should I expect the partner to vest himself up front? I have done nothing so far from a business aspect (patents, lawyers, incorporation, etc).
