What do I put here? I am starting a small business. I will be the sole owner/incoporator and a few directors. The corporation is going to be a Close Corporation and we plan to have no more then 7 people in this company because it is all family members.
I am confused as to what to put because if I put 1 for "authorized to issue" than what do i do on the close corporation part?:
"This corporation is a CLOSE CORPORATION. All of the corporation's issued shares of stock, of all classes, shall be held of record by not more than _________ persons."
Please help me out! Thank you in advance.
if i put 1 and then i will be the primary shareholder but if i put 7 then it will be the 7 of them?
