A private corporation I hold shares in decided to elect a new president without letting shareholders know and without changing the Articles of Incorporation. Was that legal?
Ok. Here is the problem. My grandfather stepped down as President of his corporation. His daughter, my aunt, was secretary at the time. My grandfather never signed papers allowing my aunt to become President. She just made herself President and now my dad and my other aunt, who have the most stock in the company, don't know what to do. Any ideas?
