I'm looking at starting an Incorporation and maybe putting $1000 into the business's account. But at the moment, this company is just part of my pre-planning stage for if I get laidoff from my company. As such, my newly created company might sit idle for months, years, and I wanted to know if I had to pay taxes or anything while my business does jack squat?
