An online business started by 3 American citizens operating out of Argentina. Assuming the annual assets of the business equal approximately $750,000USD, it would obviously be beneficial to incorporate outside of the US for taxation reasons, however we are debating the best type of incorporation to use. All employees beyond the 3 Americans would be independent contractors in Argentina. Any help or suggestions for resources would be greatly appreciated.
