Lets assume I spend the money on setting up a Corporation. I'm talking Corporation as in "Articles of Incorporation" with shares of ownership and everything. Not some LLC.
Now as the Chairman and CEO of this Corporation that has $0.00 in the bank and no assets what so ever, can I go to a bank an apply for a loan and have it granted? Or is it the case, just as with individuals, that you must show assets which can be seized should you you fail to repay the loan?
