If you Incorporate in Delaware (with a registered agent) and live in Virginia, as well as setup a business office in Virginia, do you have to a) Registered your business as a foreign business in the state? And b) pay Virginia Corporate Taxes?
...or does the fact your company is a Delaware company protect you from having to register in the state your actually working in?
In short, this is what I'm trying to do. Registered a business in Delaware so I don't have to pay the 6% Corporate taxes from registering in Virginia. Can this be done?
