We both work full time but are thinking of making and selling candles online (ebay,etc). We are both not super knowledgable about LLC's, incorporations, etc,. What is the best way to get started legally? We know to get a tax ID (EIN) and a business license but how do we determine if we need to incorporate or create an LLC? We are not super tax savvy so we are not sure how to proceed and are trying to avoid having to pay to sit down with a CPA for what may end up simply being a hobby...any advice on how to get started?
